“Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen”(Ephesians 3:21).
Simply put, the mission of Center MBC is the glory of God.
We believe that God receives greater glory when the church reaches beyond its walls and into the community to do His Kingdom work. That is why we strive to show the love of God to our community through church-sponsored events like our free Community Cookout in October, the three-day Marriage and Family Renewal Conference in January, and the Superheroes for Autism 5K in April.
We aspire to glorify God in all that we do every time we assemble – from the singing, teaching, praying, preaching, giving of tithes and offerings, and all other aspects of our worship services.
We ultimately believe that the best way to glorify God is by following Him in our daily lives. While we understand we are sinners and all fall short of this daily goal, when we sin, we promptly ask forgiveness of the Lord and resume walking with Him and doing His will, which includes carrying out the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20 through personal evangelism and discipleship.
